Hi! I survived Courtney's (No Court I am just teasing you. I had fun.)
Today I have to mow the lawn, laundry, and sweep the basement. So naturally I am on here instead...procrastinating.
I am now in both High School and Middle School Youth Group for our church. This means I have to attend double the meetings and hear about everything twice only in different words. Good thing being in both only lasts for the summer. I would get sick of all the meetings and phone calls so easily.
So far I like the HS Youth Group better. It is a lot more fun because we get to say great stuff like "Madam President I move that we go swimming" (Tasha (a sophmore this year-she is fun) said that) and then we get to say "aye!"-that makes me feel like a pirate (swash swash buckle buckle)- and we get to say " I second that!" Well anyway...this time at the meeting we nominated people to run for president, vp, and secretary next year. Garrett (Courtney's brother) nominated me to run for Secretary. Brooke wished it was her he had nominated ***rolls eyes at Brooke***. So now I have to pretend like I am interested in being secretary. I didn't want to be an officer until I was older. I prolly won't win though because I am running against two older girls-and everything is about seniority.
Tomorrow both youth groups are taking a charter bus to Six Flags in St. Louis. It is free to all the members. They even pay for our meals. Yippee Skippee! So I will only have to pay for the $5 locker, $5 intertube, $4 water bottle, and such. Brooke and I are going to ride the roller coasters together. YAY!!
